As our Resort lies embedded amidst a beautiful natural reserve, it is impossible to stop ants from visiting your apartment every now and then. In order not to attract ants, we kindly ask you to store foodstuffs, fruits, open juice and lemonade bottles, sweets etc. in the fridge or in the cupboards and not to leave them lying around. However, if you should have any problems with ants, please inform our reception (phone no. 100) so that we can take suitable measures.
The apartment will be cleaned for the first time on the 7th day of your stay and after that once a week; last day cleaning on the day of your departure. On request, you can book daily apartment cleaning at the reception; this service is subject to a surcharge. The Open Suite are cleaned every day.
ATM and credit cards
The automatic cash dispenser at the main building is avail-able to you 24/7. It is not possible to get any cash or to ex-change currency at our reception. You can settle your bills at the reception with credit card (Visa, Master or EC cash).

Beach Bar “Chiringuito”
Our typical Spanish beach bar is opened from about June to about mid-September.
Bath towels can be rented at the indoor swimming pool or at the sport office. We kindly ask you not to take any white towels from the apartments with you to the beach or pools.
Do not hesitate to contact our animation team if you would like to organise a bicycle tour. Mountain bikes, E bikes and children bikes can be rented. Please ask at the sports office in the valley of our Resort. Phone no. 886
Tickets for boat tours are available at the reception as well as in the sports office. You can board/alight directly in our bay in Giverola or at the main beach of Tossa de Mar. Please ask for the offer at our reception.
The public bus service «SARFA» and «Pujol» offers sev-eral connections daily from Tossa de Mar or Lloret de Mar to the centre of Barcelona. You can get the timeta-ble at our reception.
Change of towels
Towels are changed three times a week.
There is a cloakroom with toilets and dressing rooms in the indoor swimming pool. A lockable locker is available for every unit.
Visa, MasterCard and EC cash are accepted for payment of the bill.
Explore your surroundings on your own in a hired car. The staff at the reception will be happy to assist you in renting a car.
Change of bed linen
The bed linen is changed once a week, for the first time on the 7th day of your stay.
Please vacate your apartment by 10 am on the day of your departure. We kindly ask you to settle the bill for your apartment at the latest by 9.30 pm on the day be-fore your departure and to subsequently pay any further orders in cash or by credit card. The mandatory visitors’ tax is EUR 0,60 per day/person as of 17 years of age (maximum amount EUR 4,20 per person/stay) and will be charged to you at the end of your stay. Please do not forget to return the Resort bracelets with the chip and the chip for the parking when checking out at the reception.

Our well equipped fitness room is located in the indoor swimming pool building; access is allowed to all guests as of 16 years of age.
We kindly ask you to hand over any objects found to the reception.
Our Resort mascot GIVI accompanies our youngest guests during many activities.
Half-board dining room main building
The half-board restaurant «El Mercat» with terrace is located on the first floor of the main building. You can eat as much as you like at our rich and varied breakfast and dinner buffets. Let yourself be spoilt. Dinner buffet includes seasonal, Mediterranean as well as internation-al dishes. Guests without half-board booking may also enjoy our buffets subject to payment. Please ask the head waiter in charge.
Hiking tour maps
Maps for hiking, biking and running tours are available at our supermarket. City maps of Tossa de Mar, Barcelona and Girona are available at the reception free of charge.
You can comfortably reach the valley of our Resort us-ing our inclined lift. Children younger than 12 years are allowed to use the lift only if accompanied by an adult.
Indoor swimming pool
The indoor swimming pool is operated from the start of the season until mid-June as well as from mid-Septem-ber until the end of the season as saltwater bath and from mid-June to mid-September as fresh water pool. The recommended bath time of 30 minutes in the salt-water bath should not be exceeded for health reasons. Children younger than 12 years are allowed access to the saltwater bath only if accompanied by an adult. Bath-ing caps mandatory in Spain are available at the indoor swimming pool. Besides you will find 2 bubble pools and a mini pool for the children in our relax centre.
There is a wireless network in the public areas of our Re-sort. You can get the access code at the reception free of charge. Please note that our Wi-Fi has slow reaction, as there is no fibre optic line between Tossa and Givero-la. We appreciate your understanding.
Lawn and beach
Every accommodation includes a sunshade and two yellow deck chairs on our beautiful private lawn directly adjacent to the public sandy bay. Please contact the pool attendant for reservations. The sunshades and blue deck chairs on the public sandy beach are available to both our Resort guests and external visitors for a fee.
Leisure programme/fringe events
Our Resort offers you a varied leisure programme and fringe events under competent supervision. In-formation on the individual activities is available on the notice screen at the inclined lift or in the sports office. Do not hesitate to contact our animation team in the sports office if you have any further questions. Phone no. 886.
There are wardrobe rooms with toilets and changing facilities at the sports office in the valley and in the indoor swimming pool. In our lockers you can store valuables, clothes etc. You will need a coin of 0,50 cents to use them
Please put your luggage outside your apartment door at the latest by 10 am on the day of your departure. The luggage of guests travelling by bus will be picked up by our porters without any prior notice and deposited in our luggage room. Guests travelling with their own car or who have booked transfers are kindly requested to inform reception about the time of luggage collection.
Lunch packages may be ordered through our reception or directly from the head waiter in the dining room one day in advance.
Let yourself be spoilt by a pleasurable massage from our wellness team. Please contact our indoor swimming pool staff directly to arrange an appointment. Phone no. 884.
Mini Club «Givi»
Children between 4 and 7 years will be well looked after in the Givi Mini Club. For further details, please contact the sports office. Phone no. 886.
Children between 8 and 12 years will have a lot of fun and activities at our Midi-Club.
The parking places in front of the reception are reserved for arriving and departing guests. We recommend parking in our car park or on the side roads along the main building which are secured with a barrier. The parking places are subjet to a fee and can be booked at the re-ception. The Resort management shall not be liable for parking damage or theft.
The chip on your bracelet allows you to pay all your orders in our Resort without cash. At the end of your stay, you will pay these together with your apartment bill by credit card.
Our teens (12 – 16 years) will find a varied programme at the Maxi-Club.

Outdoor swimming pool
The outdoor heated swimming pool is in the valley of our Resort and can be reached by the inclined lift or by foot.
Pedal boats and canoes
Pedal boats and canoes can be rented for a fee from about June to about mid-September. Tickets are available in the sports office or in the Chiringuito Bar.
You can get picture postcards as well as stamps for your holiday mail at our supermarket. For information re-garding the daily opening hours, please check our info channel no. 1.
Our pool attendants are on duty at the pools every day and responsible for your safety.
We recommend not to drink the tap water because of its chlorine and lime content and to get potable water filled in bottles.
We value your opinion; it helps us to improve our servic-es for you. We kindly ask you to complete our question-naire and submit it to our main reception.

Restaurants “Madrugada” at the beach
Culinary we spoil you in our restaurants by the beach from approx. April with Mediterranean cuisine and specialities from the region. Enjoy your meals with a wonderful view to the sea.
Every accomodation is equipped with a safe. We kind-ly ask you to lock up any valuables and larger cash amounts in this safe. The Resort management shall not be liable for any stolen objects.
In the area of the main building, there is a laundry avail-able with washing machines, tumble dryers and ironing boards. You can get the coins for the washing machines at the reception.
You can enjoy varied shows and entertainment music either in our Patio Bar or on our large stage in the val-ley, depending on the season. You can find information on the notice screen at the inclined lift or at the sports office.
The Resort’s own shuttle bus will bring you to Tossa de Mar and back. The timetable is available at the recep-tion.
Our sports office in the valley is available for reserva-tions of your sports activities and of sports equipment for mini golf, boccia, billiards, table tennis, soccer, basket and volley ball and many more. For information regarding the opening hours, please check our info channel no. 1. You can also make reservations by phone no. 886.
Potable water, fresh bread, foodstuffs as well as everything you need for daily use is available at our daily opened supermarket.
In Spain, you can buy stamps at the post office. As an al-ternative, stamps are also available at our supermarket against payment in cash.
Calls abroad can be made directly from your apartment. The telephone charges are payable at the reception be-fore your departure. You can get an outside line dialling 0 followed by the country code (e.g. 0044 for the UK) and the phone number (without 0). If you want to call another apartment, please dial its apartment number.
9 tennis courts, 6 of which with floodlight, can be re-served for a fee. There is a tennis taster course every week and a tennis tournament will be held in the Resort subject to a sufficient number of participants. Group lessons and private lessons can be booked from March to October for a fee. For further information and reser-vations, please contact the sports office. Phone no. 886.

Every apartment is equipped with a flat screen TV. You can watch international and national TV and radio pro-grammes via satellite.

We ask our guests to separate the waste in the apartment and throw it in the different coloured containers which are situated in the Resort:

Green: glass bottles
Grey: residual waste
During the season, the water slide is available every day for our young and old guests. Outside of the season, we kindly ask you to contact our pool attendant regarding the opening hours. We recommend to be always seated when sliding down the water slide.
